BRENÉ BROWN'S

DARE TO LEAD WORKSHOP

DARE TO LEAD WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The organizations of the future are built on brave, courageous leaders. The financial cost to organizations that lack courage includes obvious things like productivity, but the hidden costs are even more insidious in things like watering down a bold strategy, lack of creative solutions, and the inability to execute on strategy.

The good news is that courageous leadership can be operationalized so that it’s observable, teachable, and measurable. This workshop, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, introduces participants to the 4 skill sets of courageous leadership. For more on the research of Brené Brown, https://brenebrown.com

Participants will practice the toolset needed to operationalize a courageous workplace. We'll delve into areas where shame hides in the workplace, how armor shows up, and then practice skills to neutralize these behaviors. Successful completion of the program earns participants certification and a 'Dare to Lead Trained' digital badge.
